Dear MendMeShop,

In February of this year, I injured my knee while exercising. Since I lost my health benefits through my job due to the economy, I wasn't able to afford a professional diagnosis. The outside area of my left knee was swollen, stiff and painful and I could not put any weight on that area. After mowing my lawn, gardening, exercising or any other physical activity the swelling, stiffness and pain were much worse. I was using a bag of frozen crinkle cut carrots attached by a rubber band around my knee to help alleviate the pain & swelling - not a very high tech solution! I searched online to find what if anything I could do myself to rehab and repair my injury and thankfully I found your web site. From the information your site provided, I determined I had a torn meniscus as the symptoms associated with that were exactly what I was experiencing. I ordered the Knee Therapy Kit, received it in less than one week and began using the kit immediately. It has now been 7 days since I started using the kit and I have already noticed results. My swelling has gone down, the pain is gone and the stiffness is occasional instead of constant. I am so delighted with these results as I am very active and this knee problem was really affecting my lifestyle. Not only that, but I was looking forward to doing a lot of surfing this summer and I am excited as I believe I will be able to without any problems! I will be telling everyone about your web site and products and that is saying a lot because it is rare and refreshing for me to find products that work so well. I'm obviously rating this 5 out of 5 stars!

Anatomy of the spine
Cervical Herniated Disc

The spine is comprised of five distinct segments -- coccyx, sacrum, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical -- from bottom to top. The two most common locations for disc herniation are the lumbar spine (lower back) and the neck area (cervical spine). The cervical spine is comprised of seven vertebrae between the chest and the head.

A cervical herniated disc can cause a variety of symptoms, including numbness and weakness in the neck, chest, shoulders, and hands. If the herniation is extremely large, it may affect other parts of the body such as the legs. It's important to get an accurate diagnosis by a healthcare professional so that proper treatment can begin. The extent of the symptoms will determine whether surgery is necessary to avoid nerve damage, or if non-surgical therapy is recommended.

Cervial Herinated disc

Reducing the inflammation in the surrounding muscle tissue is one of the first steps in obtaining relief from a herniated disc. Our therapeutic ultrasound device is one of the best non-invasive treatments for reducing inflammation in cervical herniated disc injury. Using phonophoresis and ultrasound, the healing properties of our specially formulated ultrasound gel are spread deep into the muscle tissue. The ultrasound operates at a frequency that drives the gel past the external skin layers to get to the origin of pain.

Success Stories

Our MendMeShop therapeutic ultrasound device is available in a kit that includes everything you need to do ultrasound treatments on a daily basis. This has been shown to be more effective than making the trip to a physical therapist or chiropractor only a couple of times a week.

BFST™ - Using Your Body's Natural Healing System

Inferno Wrap providing superior blood flow stimulation.

Your body can heal itself! In fact, your body starts healing itself the moment you are injured and it's the blood in your body that makes it all happen. Your blood is the transport mechanism for everything that is good inside you. It carries oxygen, nutrients, water and antibodies. Proper blood flow is essential to healing. Unfortunately, when you injure your body you stop moving and the swelling sets in. That means your vital blood flow can be reduced to a trickle! If you want to heal quickly, you need to keep your blood moving and that's where Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™, or BFST™, comes in.

Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™ promotes the flow of blood through the injured area without the need to exercise your already damaged tissue. You can really feel it work. Within moments of applying an Inferno Wrap™ you can feel the healing sensation and the increase in blood flow. During a treatment, and for quite some time after you finish, your injured area will experience increased blood flow even though your body is at rest. It's a soothing sensation and extremely effective. With BFST™ your injury is constantly being fed with healing, nutritious, oxygen and energy filled blood. This is exactly what your body needs to heal.

MendMeShop Live Chat Live Help

Dear MendMeShop,

I have plantar fasciitis, which began over 20 years ago and has gotten progressively worse. I stand for prolonged periods of time, often 5-8 hrs a day as a fine arts painter. Spent approximately $1000 for various custom made inserts, tried several types of expensive shoes supposedly designed for plantar fasciitis, had two sessions of physical therapy at different clinics, sought treatment with a podiatrist who mainly wanted to do an expensive surgical procedure and offered no other treatment than more inserts. None really successful. After about 2hrs researching plantar fasciitis on Google, I decided to try MendMeShop. After about two weeks of scrupulous adherence the treatment plan outlined by MendMeShop there was a noticable decrease in pain and I am well pleased with the results so far. If improvement continues at the present rate I should be pain free before years end.
